The ground rules

Terms of use

These terms explain the basic rules for using Orujin and its marketplace services.

This is starter policy text, not legal advice. Have it reviewed for your business, services, and jurisdiction before launch.

Using the service

By creating an account or using the marketplace, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Listings and orders

Farmers are responsible for accurate produce descriptions, grades, quantities, prices, and availability. Buyers should review listing and delivery details before placing an order. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the farmer.

Payments, delivery, and disputes

Payments made through the platform follow the status shown on the order. Funds remain pending until delivery is confirmed or a dispute is resolved under the platform workflow. Delivery updates and proof should be accurate. Raise an issue through the order as soon as possible so it can be reviewed.

Fair use and moderation

Do not post misleading listings, interfere with another user’s account, abuse the messaging tools, or use the service to break the law. We may review, restrict, or remove accounts and listings where needed to protect users or the service.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available and useful, but features may change and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
